What is your shipping policy?
OROSI workshop offers the following shipping options for shipping to the US / Canada:
Shipping fees vary based on the purchased products.
The international shipping fee for Dumaroo is $14.99, and for Doodle it is $54.99.
When will my order ship?
For in-stock items, submitted orders will be shipped within 2 business days.Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays.
Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.
Is there a sales tax charge on my order?

Do you ship internationally?
MOTIVE currently ships to the USA & CANADA. However, we plan to gradually expand our shipping options to include more countries in the future.
International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package.
Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, returns are not possible except in cases of manufacturing defects. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
